Registration

Registration opens March 1 (for the following school year) for members of St. John's Lutheran Church and all previously enrolled children. Registration opens April 1 for all others.

Enrollments will not be accepted for the following year from families who owe any outstanding childcare fees.

Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis, and is limited in capacity to maintain state recommended staff to child ratios. Enrollment is equally available for students of any race, color, and national and ethnic orgin.

Applications may be picked up at the church, or call 636-456-2888 for more information. There is a $25.00 registration fee to hold a child's placement.

Immunization Record

Note:
A child is exempt from supplying immunization records if a parent objects in writing to the Director that immunization of that child violates his/her religious beliefs. This exemption should be made on a Department of Health and Senior Services Form Imm.P.11A, and shall be placed on file with the school immunization health record.
