Policies

Late Pick Up Policy
Notify the director as soon as possible if an unavoidable situation arises that prevents a student from being picked up on time.

If late pick up becomes a chronic problem for a student (more than twice in a school year), the student's parent or guardian shall be warned by the director that a penalty fee shall be applied for all future late pick ups.

The penalty for chronic late pick ups shall be $10.00 after the first 15 minutes, and an additional $10.00 for each 15 minute period thereafter. This penalty shall be paid directly to the director and/or the assistant teacher.

Any unpaid late pick up fees will be added to and due with the following month's tuition.

Late Payment Policy
Tuition is past due 5 business days of the due date and a notice shall be sent to the last known address of the tuition payer.

Tuition is delinquent 10 business days of the due date and a written notice of intent to suspend the student shall be sent.

If tuition is not received by the last day of the month, the student shall enter suspended status and may no longer attend Kingdom Kids until tuition is paid in full.

Health and Safety Policies
All immunizations are required to be up to date by the first day of school.

Children may not attend Kingdom Kids with a contagious disease, fever or infestation (headlice, etc.)

No medication will be administered by Kingdom Kids personnel unless it is under a doctor's prescription and the teacher receives a note from the parent which gives authorization and instruction.

Children with food allergies should provide their own snacks and not partake of Kingdom Kids provided snacks.

A child will not be dismissed with anyone except a parent or someone designated by the parents to take the child home. In the event that it is necessary for someone other than the parents to pick up the child, a written note or phone call to the teacher is necessary.

Transportation
Kingdom Kids will transport children from the public schools to the Kingdom Kids facility after school.
